Chamomile tea pancake recipe

The kids absolutely love these pancakes which are great for a late snack before bed, and for helping to calm us down when we need to. 

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 large egg
1 tbsp of raw sugar
1 Cup of Magic Night Night Tea
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup hot water
2 tbsp poppy-seeds
2 tbsp melted butter
Honey - for serving


In a medium sized bowl mix flour and baking powder. Set aside.
In a different bowl whisk together the egg with raw sugar. Stir the milk into the egg mixture, add the flour, poppy-seeds, vanilla extract, brewed tea, and melted butter. Mix until nice and smooth.


Preheat your pan on medium-high heat, turn it down to a medium and cook the pancakes for about 40 seconds from both sides.
